You can return or change your items in maximum 14 days after receiving your order. Clients that have orders larger than 150 euros/730 ron and choose to exchange the product benefit from a free return and a free delivery for the new item. If for an order there will be two or more returns, starting with the second order we charge an extra delivery fee of approximately 15 euros/60 ron.
Clients that order custom sizes can not return products. In this case you can only opt for modifying or adjusting the product in our workshop. If you choose another delivery service other than our own, we reserve the right to charge the extra delivery fee.
- Terms for returns
- Make sure that the ordered products are returned in the same condition in which they were received. Returned products must not show signs of wear or washing, must have all labels attached and be accompanied by a tax receipt or sales invoice. If the returned products don’t comply with the conditions above, we reserve the right not to return the value of the products, and we will resend the package with payment of the shipment to the RECIPIENT.
- Fill in the return form and put it in the box next to the invoice and the product (s) you want to return. Please do not forget to attach the form. Without it we will not be able to process your return.
- Pack the products, preferably in the original packaging. If this is not possible, please pack them in a similar way to ensure that they are not damaged during transport.
- For hygiene reasons, swimsuits that do not have a seal are NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
- How to proceed:
Fill in the RETURN FORM and add it to the package with the returned product. If you do not have a printer, save the return form on your computer, fill in the required fields, then save with the inserted data and send it to Str. Ștefan Iulian, no. 25, Sector 1, Bucharest. Sending the return form by email to navitiquegam@gmail.com is done before sending the package with the returned product.
Return products with invoice and return form:
– FREE, in our showroom on 25 Iulian Ștefan Street, Bucharest.
– FREE, through the courier company FAN Courier if you choose to change the product (size, color or exchange with another distinct product), for orders with a value of at least 150 euros/730 roni. For orders with values lower than 730 ron, the round trip transport fee is 60 lei.
– If you opt for any other extra courier service, we reserve the right to invoice you for that amount or to refuse the package.
– through any other courier company, with PAYMENT TO THE SENDER.
The address to which the return package is sent is: Str. Ștefan Iulian, no. 25, Sector 1, Bucharest.
After receiving the package and checking the documents and products, we will send the desired product or we will initiate the refund of the equivalent value in the bank account specified on the return form, within 24H (working day).
Upon receipt of the package, the product will be checked to see if it meets the above conditions; otherwise it will be refused.
We do not receive returns through the Romanian Post, but only through courier companies.
If you have been delivered a product other than the one ordered or the product has defects, please contact us within 24 hours by email at navitiquegam@gmail.com to remedy this inconvenience.
